About Us

Our team consists of 100+ incredible volunteers hailing from all across the world — from the United States to Finland, South Africa to Hong Kong. Entirely a volunteer-based passion project, the crew of Symphony: TAS is composed primarily of young adults seeking to create a path of compassion, humanity, and connection within entertainment. Though unfunded, we strive to create a professional space for people to master their craft and gain experience in a field notoriously unforgiving to newcomers. We welcome learning and growing everyone's creative horizons.The start of this project was no small feat. In the midst of an incredibly isolating time, Symphony was a grasping attempt to create a community. Founded by Worldsabove in November of 2020, at the height of COVID restrictions in many countries, the project began as something people could connect over — quickly drawing a great deal of attention. Over the years, what Symphony: TAS has experienced can only be described as a blur of progress and change: passed from one leader to the next, and eventually to our current Trio of directors. The project and its team have spent these years learning, persevering, and endlessly committing to improvement. There is much more work to do and we gladly welcome you to our growing community.
